This serves to confirm that I/we, the undersigned, have appointed RightSure as my/our Brokers and Financial Advisers with immediate effect.
To enable RightSure to effectively perform the above functions, I/we grant RightSure and its authorised officials the authority to act on my/our behalf to transact on matters related to the mandate of this broker appointment.
Kindly transfer my/our entire portfolio at your company to the RightSure broker code (where applicable) and give RightSure whatever access or assistance they may need regarding my/our portfolio.
OPTIONAL BROKER ADMINISTRATION FEE
I/We authorise the broker to charge a broker admin fee of R150.00 per month. The broker admin fee will enable the broker to assist me with the following non-standard advisory and intermediary services:
Upon cancellation, RightSure will be released from any obligation under this Broker Mandate and if the Broker Admin Fee is cancelled, all the benefits under this option will lapse.

- Register me/us as a member(s) of the solidarity fund to qualify for soft loans for premium and instalment emergencies;
- Include me/us in the RightSure Participation Bonus Scheme (RPBS).
- In the event of death, the amount in the RPBS Accumulation Account will be paid out as Funeral Benefit.
- Provide ad hoc (per request) business advice, guidance, and strategies to reduce financial risks, eg, when purchasing a new vehicle.
- Advise and assist with long-term asset replacement planning;
- Guide me regarding administrative and regulatory compliance to qualify for government support;
Upon cancellation, RightSure will be released from any obligation under this Broker Mandate and if the Broker Admin Fee is cancelled, all the benefits under this option will lapse.
